A Chelsea Garden In Kent

Weald of Kent Craft Fair

Penshurst Place is already home to some of the most beautiful gardens in Kent, and this September (9th – 11th) at the Weald of Kent Craft Fair you’ll have even more to explore as we’ll be re-creating part of our award winning Chelsea show garden within the grounds for you all to enjoy…

Thank you to David Bartholomew for all these wonderful images taken at Chelsea Flower Show

People’s Choice Awarded Garden

We’ll be working alongside Simon Sutcliffe of How Green Nursery (who grew and planted all the plants for the original garden) to create part of the Meningitis Now Futures garden which won People’s Choice Award.

Thank you to David Bartholomew for all these wonderful images taken at Chelsea Flower Show.

You’ll be able to spot at least three of the wooden sculptures used in the world famous show, and get your chance to view and purchase many of the Chilstone ornaments featured.

The large stone temple at the centre of the Meningitis Now Futures garden won’t be seen at Penshurst as this was donated by Chilstone to the Meningitis Now charity after Chelsea Flower show.

Meningitis Now

The garden will highlight the dangers of Meningitis just as it did at RHS Chelsea 2016, and volunteers from the charity will be on hand to explain the garden and give out information about this awful disease.  Many of the plants featured in the garden can be purchased at the show.

Find us

The garden will be very easy to find; it’s located at the entrance as you walk into the show.

Chilstone HQ is less than 5 miles from the show, so do take the opportunity to visit our lovely show gardens after visiting the Weald of Kent Craft Fair.

We hope to see you there!
