    Welcome to the chilstone.com website terms and conditions for our gift vouchers.

    These terms and conditions apply to the use of our gift vouchers and by placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.

    Before you place an order, if you have any questions relating to these terms and conditions, please contact our Customer Service team by email, office@chilstone.com or call us on 01892 740866  9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.  All calls will be charged at the local rate (BT users only, other network charges may vary).

    You can redeem Chilstone gift vouchers in person at our show garden. Vouchers can be redeemed over the phone at the discretion of our General Manager or Administration Manager.  Vouchers can be redeemed as payment to the value on the voucher, for products in our full range of garden ornaments, architectural stone and bespoke commissions.

    Please protect your voucher and treat it as cash; we cannot replace lost, stolen or damaged vouchers.

    The voucher will expire 24 months from purchase. We will not refund any balance remaining and we will invalidate the voucher.

    Vouchers can be purchased in our sales office with a minimum value of £10.

    Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. We do not give change or refunds on gift vouchers.

    If you are using a gift voucher and the total order value is less than the value of the voucher, any balance will updated, and may be applied to future purchases, provided that the voucher has not expired.

    If you return goods you have purchased using a gift voucher, we’ll credit monies owing by issuing a new or updated voucher unless the items are bespoke, personalised, engraved, or made to order. This does not affect your statutory rights.

    If you place an order and subsequently cancel the order before it is handmade, monies owing will be refunded to your gift voucher. This does not affect your statutory rights.

    We reserve the right to refuse to accept a gift voucher which we deem to be tampered with, duplicated or which otherwise is suspected to be affected by fraud.

    You cannot exchange gift vouchers for cash.

    If the goods purchased total less than the value of the gift voucher, we’ll leave any balance as a credit for you as a voucher and you may redeem it against subsequent orders.

    If the goods purchased at Chilstone total less than the value of the gift voucher, the change will be put onto a gift voucher.

    When you redeem gift vouchers over the telephone for products available you will be required to give the serial number of the voucher and send the voucher by post to Chilstone, Victoria Park, Fordcombe Road, Langton Green, Tunbridge Wells, Kent, TN3 0RD.

    Once you have done this the gift voucher will be void and cannot be redeemed. If your gift vouchers become accidentally damaged, please contact the General Manager or Administration Manager via email office@chilstone.com or by phone 01892 740866.

    Gift vouchers are void if the voucher has been tampered with or damaged.

    We reserve the right to refuse to accept a gift voucher which we deem to be tampered with, duplicated or which otherwise is suspected to be affected by fraud.

    We reserve the right to amend the gift voucher terms and conditions from time to time, where we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so.

    If you have a concern or query regarding your vouchers, please speak to our General Manager or Administration Manager who will be happy to assist you.
