[caption id="attachment_167" align="alignleft" width="300" caption="Guests gather at the Chilstone showgardens"][/caption] A gloriously hot and sunny July 1st was the date of the Chilstone Summer Breakfast for architects, builders and landscape designers. The event was the second such breakfast meeting to take place this year and was an opportunity to network with likeminded people over breakfast, followed by a guided tour of the Chilstone workshop and the newly refurbished showgardens. Although Chilstone are well known for their premium quality garden ornaments, they are also a leading supplier of architectural stone detailing and structural stone for prestige building projects. The guests were shown around the Chilstone compound in groups and a talk was given by a new addition to the staff, Mr Mark Wakelin, who has joined the company on the architectural side. Ms Angela Ward of the Courier Group also attended and covered the event in The Courier.
