Chilstone General Manager Steve Clark took some time off from his usual duties to cook up some snacks at the Rosemary Schrager cookery school in Tunbridge Wells. Steve was a guest of our friend the Photographer David Bartholemew and the occasion was a networking event with other Kent and Sussex based business people. Steve and the other students whipped up (if that is the word) some sushi and other oriental treats at the celebrity chef's new cookery school in Sussex Mews on the Pantiles in Tunbridge Wells. The new school is located near the pretty Corn Exchange and is a fabulous new addition to our already fabulous town. The school is exciting because Rosemary and her executive chef John Rogers are offering short training courses for everyone cooking all types of cuisine, including short sessions on Indian food, Thai, party food, Italian - the lot!
