Plant of the Month: Christmas Special

December is upon us, and Christmas time is just around the corner! With this merry thought in mind, we wanted to bring you a very special Christmas edition of our 'Plant of the Month' post. We asked our expert gardener, Jason Large what he thought was the perfect Christmas plant, and he was very excited to share this with you all!    "I thought it would be appropriate to have a Christmas themed plant of the month for December! For this reason I have chosen Sarcococca confusa, which is commonly known as Christmas Box. This shrub tends to get overlooked but it has a couple of tricks up its sleeve! Whilst the small white flowers are inconspicuous they are sweetly perfumed and are in bloom throughout the winter months. This, coupled with the fact that it is very happy in full or partial shade makes it an ideal choice for some of those tricky locations. It is not a monster size either, achieving an eventual height and spread of about 150cm".
