Hampton Court 25th Anniversary

Did you see the amazing maze at Hampton Court Flower Show?! We were so proud to be involved with this extraordinary project by garden designer Tony Smith. Our Florence Nightingale urns were displayed in various prominent positions throughout the 25th anniversary feature which took two weeks to build and had to be watered almost constantly in the searing heat! Tony could be seen with hose in hand throughout the duration of RHS Hampton, he almost became a permanent water feature! The first big outing for our much awaited Florence Nightingale urns, do you remember the story of how the design was rescued and re-cast from an original urn that Florence had in her garden? Take a read back through that fascinating story here. Tony Smith, a great designer, wonderful gardener and a brilliant water feature ;) Chilstone general manager Steve had a great time exploring the maze... And he managed to find his way back to us too! What a fabulous Hampton Court! Our collaborative garden 'A Growing Obsession' was extremely successful, the visitors loved it and it also attracted some very well known faces! We were even lucky enough to have a Royal visit in the form of Princess Alexandra who stayed and chatted for a good while and posed for photographs in the scented scenery... We couldn't be happier with our involvement in both these brilliant projects. Thank you so much to everyone who made it possible! Did you know you can currently win one of the stone urns featured in Hampton Court garden 'A Growing Obsession'? Step this way for more info on how to enter our competition!
