Chilstone in the news

Doyenne of gardening columnists, Helen Yemm of the Daily Telegraph's noted Thorney Problems page made a casual mention of Chilstone's brief guide to ageing garden ornaments as she had asked us for some advice on the matter. It was a brief mention but with such a high circulation it was enough to get the phones ringing! Ageing ornaments can be fun, but they will generally mellow after a year or so - depending on the clemency of the weather. It becomes an important matter when the brand new urn stands out like a plaster in a mature garden. We are often asked for advise on ageing and have produced a brief information sheet.
