A Roaring Trade

The famous Groombridge Place in Kent took delivery of a magnificent CHILSTONE lion to stand guard over the Enchanted Forest. The Lion, a life sized heraldic lion decorated with inverted Fleur-de-Lys and sporting a royal crown, was eased into position above a sparkling waterfall.

The gardens are a popular tourist destination and were recently voted as Britain's 3rd finest garden by members of the respected worldwide TripAdvisor website.

“We are thrilled to see our lion in such an appropriate setting,” said Chilstone general manager, Steve Clark, “and we are also pleased to have a number of our smaller items dotted around these superb gardens”.
