Chilstone reproduce, with complete accuracy and attention to detail, some of the most beautiful and elegant architectural stonework in the world.
Natural Chilstone is midway between Portland and Bath stone in colour and weathers to an antique patina. However it can be produced in a variety of colours for restoration work or special schemes. We are also able to colour-match to suit your requirements.
Our production manager closely supervises the manufacture ensuring attention to detail throughout. All finished items are inspected by our Quality Control Manager.
In addition to our existing range, our workshop specialise in copying and originating architectural details to customers' requirements. At Chilstone, 'specials' are a speciality.
This service operates over a comprehensive field, from the purely domestic interior and garden, to public buildings and settings, such as hotels, parks and churches.
